How I can add someone to my Favourites?

To unfavorite someone simply visit their profile, click icon stars top right corner and select 'Remove from favourites.
What do the coloured dots next to a users name mean?
0 Out of 0 Found HelpfulColored dots within your connection menu indicate the user's online status. A green dot means the person is online now.
