The following is my opinion, in no particular order:
Too much self-praise.
I have met men who have gone on to tell me that they topped their school when they were eleven, during the very first conversation we had. And all of this was without context or preamble.
Contrary to the above : an excess of whining and complaining about how bad life has been to them.
Disregarding another person’s opinion.
Treating so-presumed inferiors with disrespect.
Initiating unsolicited physical contact (a hand round the shoulders for a photograph, a pat on the back while talking etc) with women.
Lack of personal hygiene. (That manifests itself in simple ways, like wearing visibly unwashed clothes, walking around with untrimmed toenails, body and/or mouth odour, hair in disarray etc)
Ogling.
Being engrossed in gadgets all the time - to the extent that they have to mouth a perplexed ‘What?’ after every sentence.
Lack of chivalry.
Using indecent language in front of women during the very first conversation.
Treating women as weak/fragile or less than them in any way.
Having the opinion that ‘women empowerment’ and ‘feminism’ are just huge wastes of time.
Not loving oneself enough and hence, being full of self-doubt all the time.
Trying to impose their opinions on others, especially the ones who hold them dear.
Lack of punctuality : Yes, you read that right. There is no such thing as being ‘fashionably late.’
Treating their parents/elders with disrespect.
Inability to make eye contact during a conversation.
Assuming a woman to be their property and trying to dictate her choices and decisions.
Holding the belief that just because she is a woman, all the household chores would be done by her.
Being extremely rigid in their views, and not open to thinking through another perspective to the problem at hand.
