When a man is confident on his own skin. No matter how he looks, where he comes from. His personality should be attractive.

When a man can communicate well. A woman should feel connected with his words. And the man should also be able to share silence with her.

When a man respect her. Respect her decisions, her work, her thoughts, her space.

When he get along with her parents very well, respect and love them.

When a man is strong enough to protect and weak enough to share his own insecurities, pain and show his vulnerable side.

When he listen to you, Care for you.

When he supports your correct decisions also protest against the wrong ones.

A man who knows how to cook! Its always a bonus!

When he can kiss her passionately, hug her warmly and provide their shoulder every time she feel low.

Someone who maintains hygiene. Smells good and wears clean cloths.

Last but not the least, sense of humour. If a man can make her laugh! Then he is a winner!

In my opinion, these are some qualities that makes a woman fall in love with a man. It's all in the little things, that's makes them so much hotter!

Edit: There are some fellow commenting that, my answer is not realistic and the only thing matters to a girl is money and looks! With due respect to their views I want to say, they are correct, for a ‘Girl’ money and looks will matter the most! But for a ‘Woman’ these two will be the least option. Learn the difference between a girl and a woman. A woman can provide for herself she won't depend on someone else's money.

And for the looks part, if you think that if you are not good looking than no one will fall for you, this thinking shows the insecurity in you about your looks. Don't be insecure, be confident on your own skin, and stop looking for love or finding girls! I am sure the right woman will fall for you! Just because you met some girl who gave priority to money and looks doesn't mean all of them will do that. Learn to give value to the proper woman and stop comparing.
